The Comet Management Homeowner and Board App provides a streamlined, mobile-friendly platform for engaging with community association management. It enables users to perform various tasks such as making payments, reviewing account details, and accessing community information efficiently in a single interface.

Existing association website login credentials can be used to access the app, utilizing the same email address and password. For new users without current login credentials, the registration process is straightforward: simply click the register button, submit your information, and upon approval, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. This will allow direct login to the app.

If you already possess login credentials but cannot recall your password, select the "Forgot Password" option. Enter your email address to request a reset link, which will be sent via email. After setting a new password through the provided link, you can log in with your email and updated password.

Once logged in, homeowners have access to a range of features including:

• Ability to switch between multiple properties if owned
• Homeowner Dashboard overview
• Access to association documents and directories
• Viewing association photos
• Contact Us page for communication
• Making assessment payments
• Viewing and commenting on violations, with the ability to take pictures directly from mobile devices for documentation
• Submitting Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with attachments and photos
• Reviewing homeowner ledger details
• Submitting work orders and monitoring their status, including adding comments and attaching images taken on mobile devices
